"I type the same customer into five different systems."
A new customer calls about a water heater. Your office manager writes it on the pad by the phone, types it into the scheduler, re-types it into QuickBooks when it's time to invoice, adds the email to the newsletter list, and starts a folder in Drive. In March the customer calls back — and the number in QuickBooks doesn't match the one in the scheduler. One of them has a typo. Nobody knows which.
What we'd build — Entered once, everywhere it belongs — spelled the same in all of them.
